Registration includes:

  • Final Programme & Abstract book
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Coffee, tea, fruit juices and refreshments during the programme breaks
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday 9 June
  • Poster Dinner on Thursday  10 June
  • Poster  Dinner on Friday 11 June
  • Farewell Dinner on Saturday 12 June
The excursion to Delos on Saturday 12 June is NOT included in the fee.
Tickets (€ 45) can be booked via the on-line registration form.

Conditions for registration as student
In order to qualify for the student fees, two conditions must be met.

  • You are born after 1 January 1979.
  • You must attach to your online registration form an official document signed by the Head of Department of your university proving your student status and date of birth.
Until the conference registration office has received your proof of student status and date of birth, the regular registration fee will be applicable.

Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons do not need to register.
Tickets for accompanying persons to attend the  Poster Dinners (€ 45 per person per dinner) and/or the Farewell Dinner (€ 75 per person per dinner) can (only) be purchased via the on-line registration form.
Excursion tickets to Delos (€ 45) can also be booked via the registration form.

Payment of registration fee
If you register you can pay:

  • On-line by credit card or PayPal via a secured site.
    Please note: we can only charge your credit card during the on-line registration process. Due to security reasons we cannot charge your credit card after submission of your registration form.
  • By bank transfer after receipt of an invoice.
    The invoice (with bank account number and invoice number) will be sent to you by e-mail.
You are a registered participant only after we have received payment of your registration fee.

On-site registration
If you register or pay on site the on-site fee is applicable.
On-site payment of registration fees can be made:

  • On-line with credit card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted.
    Due to extra security, the credit card companies ask for your SecureCode (MasterCard) or password (Visa) in order to process your payment. Please make sure you know your SecureCode or password!
  • Cash in Euro
Terms of cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to NewBrooklyn.
  • In case of cancellation before 1 February 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation between 1  February and (before!) 1 May 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
  • As of 1 May 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded.

After submitting your registration form
You will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration.
If you do not receive this automatically generated e-mail, your form is NOT submitted. Please return to your form and finalise the online-registration process by SUBMITTING your form.

Once NewBrooklyn has administered your registration, you will receive by e-mail a confirmation of registration or an invoice.
