Registration Fees:
Registration prior to 1st October 2007 will be €450
Student registration prior to 1st October 2007 will be €400
Registration after 1st October 2007 will be €550
Student registration after 1st October 2007 will be €450
Registration fee for participant includes: coffee, tea breaks, dinner, and gala dinner, admission to all scientific sessions, all congress materials and administration costs.

Registration details
All participants must be registered. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment or credit card details, the congress secretariat will confirm your participation in the conference. You will receive a formal letter of confirmation with additional information about the conference. Registration is limited and on a first come first served basis. Early registrations are due by October 1, 2007. Registrations after December 1, 2007 will be honored only if space is available.
Reservation of a hotelroom or appartement is required.
Reservation of an apartment is strictly reserved for students who have to hand a proof of student status.
Payment details
For payment please follow the instructions on the online registration form! All payments must be made in Euros. Payments should be made in advance using one of the following methods:
• Visa or Mastercard
• Ideal payment system (applicable for Dutch participants only)
• Standing order (applicable for Dutch participants only)
Admission to the conference is only allowed if the congress secretariat has received the registration fee and hotel deposit in advance.
Cancellation and Refund
Registration fee
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate, before December 1, 2007 to the congress secretariat. All cancellations should be in writing (email, letter or fax) and sent to the congress secretariat. In case of cancellation before December 1, 2007, you will have to pay 25% of the total amount you are registered for. For cancellations after December 1, 2007, there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due.
Hotel reservations
In case of cancellation of hotel reservation before 1 October 2007 no charge will apply. For cancellation after 1 October 2007, there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due.
