Instructions for Submission of Abstracts and Posters
All registrants are encouraged to submit an abstract.
ABSTRACTS accepted for poster or oral presentation will be printed and supplied as part of the meeting packet. All accepted abstracts must be presented as a poster.
POSTERS should be no larger than 1m wide by 1.5m high; posters will be displayed for the entire day on which they are to be presented. See the Program for poster viewing times during the meeting. The Scientific Organizing Committee will select certain abstracts for oral presentation in addition to poster presentation.
SELECTED PRESENTERS will be notified by December 15. Presentations will be scheduled as part of the full meeting; a time limit of 10 minutes (with 5 minutes for questions) is given.
THE ABSTRACT must be less than 250 words total. Please save the abstract in either Word format or a Word-compatible format (e.g., RTF); abstracts cannot contain images, tables, or formulas. Send the abstract by email as an attachment to
In order to be considered for oral presentation, your ABSTRACT must be submitted prior to November 1. Abstracts submitted after this date can still be presented as posters. Abstracts received after DECEMBER 15 will not be printed in the registration package, but will still be considered for poster presentation.
