Hotel accommodation
Hotel rooms have been taken into option at the conference venue, the Royal Myconian Imperial Hotel, and the Elia Mykonos Apartments (students only). There are also some rooms available at the Myconian K Hotels near Mykonos town (not in walking distance to the conference venue!). For more details, see below. |
How to book
Hotel accommodation should be booked through the Reservations Department of the Royal Myconian & Myconian Imperial Resorts. Please download the reservation form of the hotel of your choice and email a scanned copy or fax the form to the Royal Myconian Imperial Hotel or the Myconian K Hotels - the contact details are on the form. The hotels also provide a shuttle service from and to Mykonos airport. We strongly advise you to book this shuttle, as there are only some 30 taxi’s on the entire island. If you do not know your arrival details yet, please pre-reserve the shuttle service by ticking the box on the form. Do not forget to inform the hotel of your arrival as soon as possible. |
Important note: reservation deadline
Please book your room before 20 April 2010. After that date, accommodation cannot be guaranteed, as the hotel rooms will be released for public sale. |
 Conference venue: The Royal Myconian Imperial Hotel
Hotel rooms have been taken into option at a considerable discount:
- Single or double room, minimum stay 4 nights: € 165
- Single or double room, 1-3 nights: € 210
- Double room with Jacuzzi, 1 or more nights: € 210
- Superior room, 1 or more nights: € 250.
All rooms have sea view. Room rates includes breakfast and taxes.

Elia Mykonos Apartments – for students only
Some 20 rooms are available for students only on a first come, first served basis. A copy of the student card must be attached to the reservation form.
- Double room without breakfast: € 70
- Double room with breakfast: € 80
- Extra bed in double room: € 25

Myconian K Hotels
There are a limited number of rooms available in the four star Myconian K Hotels (Kohili-Korali-Kyma-Kalypso). Please note that these hotels are situated near Mykonos town and NOT in walking distance of the conference venue. A shuttle service is only provided in the early morning and after dinner.
- Single or double room, minimum stay 4 nights: € 120
- Single or double room, 1-3 nights: € 150
- Double room with Jacuzzi, 1 or more nights: € 180
Room rates includes breakfast and taxes.
